Cancellation Policy
You may cancel up to 60 days prior to Arrival Day and receive 50% of your payment back (right away). After that, payments you previously made are non-refundable; since Carecraft will be held responsible for your room, tax, resort fee, and food guaranty.
Name changes can be made until 2 weeks prior to Arrival Day at no cost to you.
